As part of BW’s Salesforce improvement strategy, they needed to have an “on platform” marketing solution to help them with event management and marketing outreach. As part of this project BW required Setup and Integration of Pardot into Salesforce, with a particular focus on ensuring BW’s team understood the entire process for future development needs. Ignyto then worked with BW to create marketing assets and templates within Pardot for future use and development. BW had a tight deadline for Pardot delivery so with this project the Ignyto team worked intensively with the customer, onsite and on conference calls along the way to ensure they are trained adequately so that they can achieve the best possible start on their marketing automation journey.

There was a heavy emphasis on training for this project. So Ignyto adapted the scope for this need and spent a day onsite finishing asset creation whilst taking them through each step. Ignyto also had a number of screen sharing sessions so the customer could learn to set up some of the technical aspects of Pardot.
