Brentford Football Club was founded on the 10th of October 1889 and is a professional association football club based in Brentford, Greater London, England. The club has played its home games at Griffin Park since 1904 but are currently developing a new state of the art 17,250 seater stadium next to Kew Bridge station (less than a mile away from Griffin Park) and is due for completion in 2020.
To help promote and sell the new stadium the Brentford Commercial team needed a technology solution that would not only help to make sure that they sell all Premium Seats in the stadium but to have visibility of all interactions with their existing Premium Seat customers and to track new enquiries. Brentford were using a variety of tools to manage sales information previously with silos of information held in different locations. They needed a way to consolidate this information and their business processes into one central solution, providing a 360 view of their customers.
