CM Utilities is a leading multi-utility infrastructure company established in 2000 to carry out new gas infrastructure installation works and has continued to provide those and similar services to many clients and developers. Since their inception they have operated as an ambassador to all of their clients endeavouring to represent those companies in the best possible manner.

Business Requirement and Customer Challenges

CM Utilities were looking for an overall health check of their current implementation to ensure their current build met Salesforce’s recommended best practices and was working in the manner that it should be. 

They also wanted to amend and improve their current sales process within Salesforce with updates to sales objects to match their current sales methodology.

  • Restructure of fields and objects to better match CM Utilities sales process
