Ellab sells quality sensors to pharmaceutical, food, and healthcare companies. The systems are either for validation reporting or 24/7 monitoring of products. We also provide field services for installing or completing work for our customers. 

Business Requirement and Customer Challenges

Ellab works with lots of distributors across the globe who together with Ellab help each other meet the needs and demands of their customers. These distributors require certain access to data from Ellabs salesforce but do not need a full salesforce user license. Therefore a partner community was implemented into Ellabs salesforce to allow distributors to have access to certain areas of Ellabs database, and also allow the distributors to create and submit records to Ellabs management team for review
