Habitat First Group is a development company founded on the principle of creating holiday home communities that share a deep love for Mother Nature.

Combining excellence in architecture, interior design, state-of-the-art facilities, security and service, Habitat First Group creates an oasis of space where families can holiday comfortably and responsibly, while safely exploring the great outdoors.

Habitat First Group is a family-run business. Having launched Lower Mill Estate in 1999, the company has now spread its wings with the launch of Silverlake, Dorset and has a number of other exciting projects in the pipeline, all combining location, ecology, knowledge and grounded luxury to provide a family habitat to thrive in.

Business Requirement

Habitat First had two business challenges to solve. Their first request of Ignyto was to help them engage with more leads whilst maintaining a personal touch and without having to increase headcount. Their second challenge was post sale, Habitat First needed a mechanism to manage building projects, provide their customers with access project progress, access to documentation, and allow customers to log design changes.

Pardot was chosen not only as the communication engine of choice but also to help Habitat First to nurture the right people at the right time, throughout the sales cycle from lead to opportunity to signed contract stage. and projects at the right times. In the construction industry, this is absolutely invaluable.

To help Habitat First solve their second challenge. Ignyto built out a project management tool and made this available to Habitat’s customer via branded customer community. The community gave customers full access into their build progress, project documentation and crucially, it allowed customers to request design changes. This became a key source of revenue for Habitat.
