About the customer

Hairdressing Supplies Lincoln (HSL) is a beauty products wholesaler based in Witham St Hughs, England. HSL supplies products to both consumer and retail customers in the UK.

HSL uses an ecommerce website platform called Magento to connect with their customers and sell their products. They also use Brightpearl, a Retail Operating System for e-commerce, multichannel retail brands and wholesalers, for financial management, inventory and sales order management, purchasing and supplier management, CRM, fulfillment, warehousing and logistics.

Business Requirement and Customer Challenges

To better understand the business’ potential, HSL identified the need for a scalable solution that would allow them to manage sales from their 15K+ accounts more effectively. To aid the Sales team, Ignyto built an integration to pull orders from Brightpearl into Salesforce. 

HSL needed a way to prioritise accounts based on when an order was last placed and when contact was last made on the account. The solution should help the Sales team to prioritise their interactions with their accounts.
