IRM members work in many roles, in all industries and across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors around the world. They are independent and not-for-profit.

Business Requirement and Customer Challenges

The IRM Training and Business Development team were looking to implement Salesforce as a new CRM solution which would allow them more customisation and control over the management of their sales processes.

Business Requirements included:
