Business Requirement and Customer Challenges

To continue improvements in promoting and selling their worldwide tours, Limitless Travel needed a solution that would help with both marketing to new and existing customers, as well as improving the sales process from start to finish. Limitless Travel also required an easier way of creating and tracking new tours. One of the main priorities for Limitless Travel is the ability to clearly track data between sales and marketing to have a clear 360 view of each customer.

Salesforce products implemented

  • Pardot Marketing Automation Suite integration and technical setup to enable tracking and scoring in order to give Limitless a view on customer activities and interest.
  • Custom field Mapping to allow information to feed back and forth into Pardot and Salesforce on the relevant fields needed for future Marketing usage.
  • Social connectors setup for current and future social media campaigns.
  • Marketing Asset Creation – within the scope of work we set up custom forms, created ready to use templates for emails and landing pages and set up engagement journeys.
  • Sales Cloud setup including the following; Creation of Users, Branding your custom salesforce application, Creation of Security Profiles to define access to Objects.
  • Creation of Custom “Tour” Object.
  • Designing page layouts for the Lead, Contact, Account and Opportunity objects.
