Business Requirement and Customer Challenges

MMT were looking to implement Sales cloud to efficiently manage their day-to-day customer operations. They wanted to be able to track customer data and have the ability to create valuable reports and dashboards to visualize company performance with ease. This project involved a hard end date of only a few weeks so had to be managed diligently to ensure the build was effective
but also efficient.
