OS doors offer a made to measure manufacturing service with over 6000+ door style and colour combinations. They offer their services to a whole host of business sizes from large scale distributors to independent tradespeople.
OS doors were looking to adopt a CRM which would enable them to grow and maintain customer relationships. Decrease time spent on manual activities with a look to facilitate company growth for the future.
The solution defined was to implement a custom sales cloud solution including a sync between their current financing system (Sage), previously their agents had to work on multiple logins to various systems to view the data within one place , by implementing sales cloud and integrating / syncing with Sage we were able to provide a 360 degree view of all data coming into the system allowing the sales teams to perform at the best of their ability.
Along with the Sales cloud implementation OS doors were also looking for a way to service their already existing customers and handle any defects or issues swiftly and on band. In order to achieve this we combined the Sales cloud solution with the features of service cloud (cases, email2Case amongst other things).
We were also able to utilise the Windows command line to automate data upserts to DataLoader which would act as a middle man to then upload the data on to Sage.
