STATSports was founded in 2008 in Northern Ireland and is the world leading provider of GPS player tracking and analysis equipment. They work with teams, coaches, and individuals to track, analyse, and improve their game across multiple sports including Football, American Football, Rugby, Basketball, Field Hockey, and many more.

Business Requirement and Customer Challenges

STATSport’s Account Executives were not able to see information about orders without getting in touch with the Order Processing team.

They required the ability to report on their sales pipeline and new leads which were previously held in different systems, and often in an Account Executives personal file.

Requirements included:

  • Setup of the website ‘request a demo’ form to ensure all enquiries are entered automatically into Salesforce.
  • Automations to find more information about a Lead including the region and country risks.
  • Track monthly sales targets for each Account Executive.
  • Integrate with the Order manager system to have visibility of orders and invoices in one system.
