Business Requirement and Customer Challenges

Hall Pyke had clear ambitions to offer their customers a better experience by ensuring the team has visibility on what products and solutions customers are interested in and ensuring that customers know of all relevant products and solutions that could be of interest in the future.

Business Requirements included:

  • 360 degree view of the customer (e.g. who are the key contacts for each customer for each customer site and the engagement history of all customers, all customer sites and associated contacts)
  • Manage all customer accounts and contacts efficiently to ensure we check in with all customers regularly
  • Ensure all account managers have meetings onsite with their key customers
  • Try to resolve any issues over the phone or arrange call outs very quickly where issues cannot be resolved over the phone
  • Multi-Channel Customer management across email, web and phone call enquiries and cases
  • Pardot Marketing Automation setup and configuration for managing customer and prospect communication journeys
  • Setup Lead Scoring and grading to highlight high quality leads to the sales team
  • Setup website landing pages and enquiry forms to ensure all enquiries are entered automatically into Salesforce, with all of the lead history
