Imagination needed a central hub for their global teams to work on their potential projects. Sales Cloud has given head office insights into global performance and pipeline while respecting data privacy. Imagination’s second challenge was to analyse the various stages a potential project goes through during the sales process, to identify patterns and common blockers so that the sales team can use their time effectively.

Salesforce has allowed Imagination to master their sales data and strategise for the future.
