Hi, my name is Akos and I joined Ignyto as an Analyst six months ago. I am a recent English graduate from the University of Reading. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking and exercising. It felt like a natural progression for me after graduating, to join Ignyto, a company where I am constantly learning and meeting new people.

I have learnt a lot in such a short amount of time; whether it be day to day communicating with clients or shadowing colleagues and learning new business processes. It has been an incredibly insightful experience into the role of a consultant. 

Not only has it been super beneficial to learn new skills on the job, the environment that I am in is conducive to growth and everyone around me promotes learning and upskilling. This is important to me as a recent graduate, as there is no such thing as a silly question and everyone on the team strives to help each other out. 

I am currently working on a range of projects, whether it’s a smaller project to give me more experience in both the building and project management side of things or me shadowing and assisting on larger projects, giving me the opportunity to learn from those more experienced than me.

My aim has always been to learn and progress in my career and everyone at Ignyto has been really supportive in aiding my development. I have recently passed my Admin exam and I am working towards getting my Platform App Builder and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.

For me the best thing about the role is getting to interact with and talk to new people on a daily basis. I enjoy the variety of different people and companies you meet and the enjoyment you get from helping them implement Salesforce. I also like being able to collaborate with my colleagues on a project from start to finish, testing and trying new things to ensure the customer is happy with the end result.

What I’ve learnt in my first six months…

• There is no such thing as a silly question.
• Be open to learning new things and don’t expect to know everything.
• Note everything down and keep a log of your progress, it’s good to have something to look back on down the line.
• Communicate with your team, they are there to help.
• Keep communications such as emails and internal posts e.g. chatter regular and consistent.
