About the customer

Pentalver’s strategically located off-dock facilities at Felixstowe, Southampton and London Gateway, along with their inland hub at Cannock, offer diverse container services such as road haulage, container storage, container maintenance repairs, refrigeration services and cargo handling. In addition to these services, they sell new and used shipping and refrigerated containers, including bespoke modifications.

Business Requirement and Customer Challenges

Pentalver needed a place where both their container sales and container conversions teams can log their sales deals and manage their customer relationships. By choosing Salesforce, they were able to build separate sales paths for each team, while opening up reporting visibility across departments.

Utilising standard products alongside bespoke customisable products their sales reps can now create company approved PDF quotes, pre-populated with customer details from within salesforce and email the quotes directly to customers.

Since implementing Salesforce, Pentalver has seen a huge increase in efficiency.
