Simon Collins

Simon has many years experience running businesses on the Salesforce platform (more years than he cares to share). He’s been a Salesforce customer, a Customer Success story, a power user and administrator. He is so passionate about Salesforce that he decided to work for Salesforce for almost 4 years and now he leads our dedicated team at Ignyto – a leading Salesforce Implementation Partner in London, Manchester, Dublin and Stockholm.

Ciara Donnelly

Joining Ignyto from the West of Ireland, Ciara comes with a wealth of Salesforce knowledge. A former Salesforce employee for almost 5 years, she has been involved in a large variety of projects spanning the Salesforce Platform within a wide range of industries. Prior to joining the Salesforce EcoSystem, she spent a number of years in both General Electric and Oracle, clocking up almost 9 years of Pre-Sales Experience. In her spare time, you will find her exploring the Irish coastline in her VW Camper-van, with her husband Mike and their Lively Labrador, Julia!

Harry Barton

From Merseyside, Harry joined Ignyto in January 2021 with over 4 years of Salesforce experience working alongside many global companies in a variety of industries from finance to manufacturing. Harry started his career working on and managing data migration and integration projects which led to his passion for Salesforce. A combination of this and his problem solving skills ensures that he implements the best solution for every project.

Luke Bradshaw

Luke has over ten years of experience in multi-cloud software implementation, process engineering, integration and solution architecture. Luke enjoys nothing more than solving complex business problems using the Salesforce platform and specialises in designing and developing workflow solutions. He has extensive industry experience implementing Salesforce in the telecommunications, property development and social care sectors. In addition to his many Salesforce certifications, Luke is also a certified Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) consultant and developer.

When not working, Luke enjoys visiting historical sites across the UK with his wife and three kids, as well as all things Fantasy and Science Fiction.

Saurabh Thorat

With vast experience (over 55 Salesforce Marketing projects) and 5x Salesforce Certifications, Saurabh brings impressive technical skill and a calm approach to all our projects, meaning that you are in safe hands with Saurabh and our entire Project Delivery Team. In his free time, Saurabh is busy trekking, travelling or exploring the sky as an amateur astronomer.

Luke Bray

Joining Ignyto in September 2021 from Dublin, Luke brings strong Salesforce experience and a belief in the capabilities of Salesforce to meet any business requirement. After working as a structural engineering draughtsman for a number of years, Luke started his Salesforce career in 2018 in the non-profit sector as a trainee consultant. He then progressed to industry where he worked as part of an in-house development team in a large multi-national with a highly customised, large scale Salesforce implementation which utilised many Salesforce technologies and integrations to external systems. Luke has a passion for technology and enjoys leveraging all that Salesforce has to offer to meet client needs. In his spare time, Luke enjoys playing the piano and keeping fit.

Steve Moss

Steve joins the Ignyto team from a background in selling CRM and SAAS solutions to a broad range of businesses. He is passionate about working with clients to come up with technology-focused solutions and making their teams quicker, smarter, and more efficient. Outside of work, he is an avid gig-goer and foodie

Daniela Gotthardova

Daniela joined Ignyto in January 2022. Before finding her passion for Salesforce, she worked across multiple industries, such as accountancy, banking, hospitality and retail, which allowed her to bring a wide range of experience into every project. Daniela enjoys working with many different industries to help businesses boost their efficiency and effectiveness with technology. Daniela is originally from Slovakia but currently lives in Manchester. Outside of work, Daniela enjoys cooking, baking and learning new languages.

Danny Moody

Danny joins Ignyto as a Senior Salesforce Consultant with 6 years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. Danny started out as an in-house admin for a large retail group and moved into consultancy 4 years ago. As well as Salesforce knowledge, Danny brings a wealth of experience working in the DocuSign space helping customers integrate their contract lifecycle requirements into the Salesforce platform. With a problem solving and customer first mindset Danny is hoping to create great relationships with our customers as they continue on their Salesforce journey.

Callum Wolfenden

Callum joins Ignyto as a Salesforce Consultant with over five years of experience within the Salesforce world.Originally from Manchester (Rochdale), Callum started as an in-house admin at a large retail company before progressing and increasing his Salesforce knowledge and moving into a consultancy role a year ago.

Callum brings a wealth of knowledge in the non-code development aspects of Salesforce and is a big believer in leveraging the existing tools of Salesforce to drive a better customer experience.Outside of work, Callum enjoys playing lacrosse and cooking.

Pedro Tomás Pedrosa

Pedro's journey in the Salesforce ecosystem started in 2018 as a Functional Analyst, and since then has experienced different job roles that have prepared him for his current role as a Solution Architect since 2021. Pedro is passionate about translating business needs into custom technical solutions that are efficient, scalable and add real value to the business. He is based out of London, and when he isn't busy looking into how he can improve your business with a new solution, he enjoys gaming, outdoor activities like climbing and volleyball, and cooking for his friends and family.

Lutz Rittich

Lutz joined Ignyto as a Senior Project Manager in August 2024, bringing over 15 years of project management and client consulting experience with global companies across a variety of industries.
With an extensive background in web and app development, he has led large Agile Scrum implementation projects before focusing on Salesforce delivery. Lutz is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and certified Scrum Master. Originally from Germany, Lutz currently lives in Bristol. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, tennis, board games, and exploring new destinations.

Malik Smith

Malik joins Ignyto in the final year of his Msc in Management Consulting and Organisational Change in Birkbeck University of London. He has a deep curiosity for Salesforce, and how it can be leveraged to spearhead Digital Transformation projects. Malik has over 3 years Salesforce experience starting out as an administrator in a multinational shipping & maritimes company, then consulting for an Independent Software vendor, and eventually joining Ignyto as a Salesforce Consultant. Malik is based in Essex and while he enjoys building declarative solutions for clients, he also enjoys playing basketball and table tennis to stay fit and sharp.

James Kipps

Hailing from the historic town of Arundel, James is a Salesforce Consultant with more than two years of experience. His journey into the world of Salesforce began during his time in sales, where he was involved in selling Salesforce e-learning courses. This sparked a deep passion for the platform that has only grown since. With a broad range of consulting and implementation expertise across different industries, James is committed to delivering exceptional quality in every project he undertakes for his clients.

Mridul Kapil

Mridul is a Salesforce Developer based in New Delhi, India, with a passion for leveraging technology to create impactful solutions. He joined Ignyto back in October 2023. With five Salesforce certifications and four years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, he specialises in developing robust applications that enhance business processes. Throughout his career, he's had the opportunity to work with various technologies, including Node.js, Java, and Python, which has enriched his coding expertise and allowed him to develop innovative AppExchange products. When he's not coding, you can find him enjoying long walks or playing football with friends.

Soma Sengupta

Soma Sengupta joined Ignyto as an Associate Consultant in September 2024, bringing with her nearly two years of Salesforce experience. Previously a primary school teacher and freelance illustrator, Soma transitioned into Salesforce to pursue a fulfilling career helping businesses reach their goals. She began her journey as a Salesforce Administrator with a boutique Salesforce partner consultancy, where she developed a keen interest in consulting. This role allows her to continually expand her knowledge and expertise to support client growth. Originally from India, Soma currently lives in London. Outside of work, Soma enjoys painting, exploring new places, and spending quality time with her family.

Andy McLaughlin

Andy joins Ignyto after a career pivot from Hospitality Management. After studying Salesforce and gaining 3 certifications, Andy brings a customer focused, solution driven attitude to the team. Based in Leeds, although originally from Reading, he is looking to help businesses get the most out of the ever developing Salesforce world.

Away from the laptop, he is a keen cricketer and an unfortunate follower of Reading FC

Caroline Jack

Caroline joined Ignyto from Dublin in 2022 as an Administration Executive, bringing over two years of experience in supporting business operations through efficient administrative practices. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional service, Caroline contributes to maintaining smooth daily operations and supporting Ignyto’s growth in delivering Salesforce solutions to clients.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending quality time with her family and discovering new places to explore.

Katie Black

Katie joins Ignyto as a Salesforce Consultant with 5 years of Salesforce experience. She originally started her Salesforce journey working for an end user and then progressing to work for various consultancies across both Managed Service and Professional Services for multiple industries.

Outside of work she enjoys Pilates and spending time with her three legged cat and rescue dogs.

John Everett

John recently joined Ignyto in September 2024 and is based in Essex, with over 16 years of experience in customer service and technical support roles across the telecommunications, digital marketing, and financial sectors. Throughout this time, John worked with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large blue-chip companies, gaining valuable hands-on experience using Salesforce as an end user. For the past 7+ years, John has specialised in Salesforce, transitioning into consultancy where he worked as both a Salesforce and Pardot consultant. His deep expertise in these platforms, combined with his client-focused background, enabled him to deliver tailored solutions that helped businesses optimise their CRM strategies. Now, in his role as an Account Manager, John continues to leverage his Salesforce knowledge to build strong relationships and drive success for his clients, working closely with both Salesforce and customers to deliver outstanding results.

John has a keen interest in football, cricket, darts and going to the pub along with spending quality time with friends and family but most of all enjoying long walks with his two most valuable friends, Blizzard and Storm the Siberian Huskies.

Jason Cummings

Jason joins Ignyto as a Salesforce Consultant with over 2 years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. Jason has a background in Software Development, working as a developer before moving into Salesforce consultancy 2 years ago. Jason has experience working across multiple industries, including retail, hospitality and finance. With a passion for technology and problem solving, Jason enjoys leveraging all the capabilities Salesforce has to offer to meet clients needs. Outside of work, Jason enjoys travelling, cooking and spending time with his family.
