Salary: This is an associate role with a competitive salary commensurate to experience and relevant qualifications.

Job Summary:

The Associate consultant’s role within Ignyto, a fast-paced, professional and dynamic Salesforce consultancy, offers you the opportunity to become a key member of our project teams. You’ll support solution delivery via user stories and Quality Assurance. You’ll support crucial customer meetings, for example, kick-off sessions, requirement gathering sessions and showcases. The Associate consultant’s role is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and accelerate your career.

As an Associate Salesforce Consultant, you should be highly motivated by solving clients’ business problems taking advantage of the capabilities of the Salesforce platform (and other technologies) to do so.

Experience:

You should have proven Stakeholder (people) engagement skills supported by strong written and verbal communication. You should have the desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with link-minded colleagues. A keen interest in technical solutions with a capacity for creative thinking. 

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated in a relevant business or technical discipline
  • Salesforce Certifications are preferred but not required

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Project teams during group-based scoping sessions or one-to-one interviews to understand client expectations, processes and requirements 
  • Support Project teams in documenting functional requirements, processes and technical design clearly and concisely
  • Support Project teams in their analysis and recommendations of options to deliver a technical solution that best fits client requirements within scope and budget.
  • Support Project teams on the design of the architectural solution and custom functions, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Support Project teams on the system’s build to ensure its completion to a high-quality, finished production-ready product.
  • Support Project teams during quality assurance activities to ensure the system matches its specification and works end-to-end.
  • Support Project teams on the system’s deployment from sandbox environments into production.
  • Support Project teams on the transformation and load of data from other systems into salesforce.com
  • Support system demonstrations and client-build reviews in an organised and professional manner.
  • Deliver client training programmes and sessions, ensuring successful knowledge transfer.
  • Support clients on system adoption best practices and programmes.
  • Take responsibility for your own personal and professional development, but in particular, ensure certifications, specialisms, and technical knowledge are always up to date.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Degree educated in a relevant business or technical discipline (experience may negate the need for a degree)
  • Curiosity and eagerness to obtain a deep knowledge of the Salesforce (SFDC) platform and suite of products and integrations 
  • Excellent communication, organisation & analytical skills with solid business acumen
  • Capacity to prioritise, identify risk and collaborate with colleagues
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • Motivated by career and personal development.
  • Excited by the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial consultancy
