The Role

As a Senior Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Salesforce implementations, managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless execution to support business transformation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment while enhancing your leadership and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce Projects – Oversee end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Stakeholder Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, track milestones, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with technical teams, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Risk & Issue Management – Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Budget & Resource Management – Monitor project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient use of time and effort.
  • Change Management & Adoption – Support user adoption by coordinating training, facilitating change management initiatives, and ensuring smooth transition to new Salesforce solutions.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing – Provide guidance and mentorship to consultants, helping them understand project management best practices, improve delivery efficiency, and contribute to overall project success.
  • Continuous Improvement – Analyze project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive improvements in project delivery processes.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing successful Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce solutions, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Experience working within a Salesforce partner practice is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project management methodology.
  • Ability to identify project risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, AgilePM etc.
